Frequently asked questions

  • I do not do returns, as all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged from transit, please contact me with a photo of the piece to jazzedcats.contact@gmail.com for the next steps. Buyer is responsible for any possible return shipping.

  • Not at this time. We currently only ship within the US.

  • At this time I don't do any custom pieces/commissions. If I do in the future I will announce through my Instagram and newsletter!

  • Yes! Each piece is hand-thrown on the pottery wheel as well as sculpted, painted, and glazed all by me! A lot of time, craftsmanship, and love goes into each and every piece.

    Since all of my items are handmade, that means that there may be some minor differences between two pieces, making each one unique. ♡

  • While my pieces can be cleaned in the dishwasher, I recommend handwashing to ensure longevity. I also recommend doing your best to avoid thermal shock. (drastic temperature differences in a short amount of time)

  • If everything is sold out/there are very few items in the shop, I am most likely working on a new collection! Since each piece is handmade and everything is done by me (Jazz), it may take me a bit to get everything updated. Feel free to check my Instagram for all of the latest updates on shop drops and to see what I'm up to! ♡

  • I am currently limited on the number of wholesale orders I can take at this time. If you are interested, please email me at jazzedcats.contact@gmail.com with details including your store name, where it is located, what you're looking for, and any other information that you are able to provide.
